Some amazing news for the community, we will be working alongside Jack at East Midlands Knife Amnesty to place more 24 hour access Bleed Control Cabinet’s and AED's in our community this year. Our current goal is to place at least 12 by the end of 2022!
Just before Christmas we revealed one new bleed cabinet which was placed with the support of East Midlands Knife Amnesty, East Midlands Ambulance Service and The Daniel Baird Foundation.

Thankyou so much to our local BP garage for kindly giving our responders a free yummy caramel hot chocolate whilst on duty.

When Linda and Stacey were logged on in Rothwell, ready to respond to 999 calls on behalf of EMAS, they popped into the local food fayre and were kindly donated some scrumptious chocolate S’mores and a cup of coffee by the amazing team at The Confectionists, Thankyou so much. The Charity Pot has been extremely generous and donated us £433.73 to buy Alex a kit bag and observation bag!
A big thank you to the 'The Charity Pot' for their very generous donation of personal alarms for our responders to carry on their belts whilst their working.
Thank you to Great Easton Parish Council for your generous donation. We purchased four new Tympanic Thermometers.

We attended Danesholme infant and Junior School where we led first aid workshops for all students. They had a look in the ambulance and raised money for an external AED. The AED is now up and running and available if needed in the community.
Money that was left over from this event went towards buying their local responder an AED to use whilst responding to 999 calls within their community.
The Mayor also attended Danesholme School
Lawsons Coaches kindly donated £200 which was spent on observation equipment for a local responder in the community.
